smoking does cause cancer. Indirectly, but yes, smoking causes cancer. Also, the tobacco companies put a lot of shit in your cigs that you don't necessarily want to smoke. That said, your choice, whatever.
Yes but it depends on the quantities one smokes. My risk of getting cancer is not that much more than a non smoker. I'm not a 60 year old man who smokes a pack a day and works in a dusty mine shaft. I know its bad for me but its not as bad as it is made out to be.
